SMART CARD WARNING
Print version for 3 pages : "warning", "smetric" and "6 bill"
1. Smart Card warning for National ID Card, REAL ID, PIV; e-ID, citizen ID .
( "smart" , but in the end, not a WISE card )
The REAL ID smart card is
something to be wary of.
The difference between this smart card and all ID cards before it is the fact that a microprocessor chip is in all multipurpose PIV ( personal identity verification) cards.
This microprocessor chip is a tiny mobile computer. It computes, meaning it does mathematical operations.
Now, why would an ID card need to do mathematical operations ? There is no reason for an ID card to
do mathematical computations, unless of course it were to deal with figures.
The REAL ID and all PIV smart cards ( passport, driver's license, Health Card, National ID card,
CAC Common Access Card for computer access ) have as their final goal the ability to make
financial transactions for cashless buying and selling.
The PIV - ID smart cards will have holograms embedded in them.
The picture of the holder will be a holographic image within the card.
But will there be another image embedded in the smart card ? Will there be his name or number
embedded ? All of these things are warned against by the third angel in Rev. 14:9-11.
Some Christians think that it is only the MARK ( the inserted subdermal chip ) that is warned against
by the third angel
But note carefully that the third angel warns of five things:
1. Not to worship the beast ( follow-ship)
2. Not to take his MARK (the injected chip) in their right hand or forehead ( Rev. 13: 16 )
3. Not to transact in his name
4. Nor his number ( 666 ) Rev. 13:18
5. Nor his image. "Image" includes logo.
We can no longer cling to one concept in regards to end-time warnings.
We must hear all the warnings given.
Actually the smart card ( PKI ... Public Key Infrastructure ) is basically a set of keys.
Using your unique ID number, one set of keys opens up all the doors ( databases) associated with
There are "interoperable" keys for accessing all Federal buildings upon verification. ( Social Security etc. )
Another "key" opens all the doors -- or portals-- to your MEDICAL databases.
Another "key" opens up all your records associated with your DRIVER'S LICENSE.
Another " key " will eventually "open" the COMPUTER for ACCESS.
And finally, when everyone is comfortable with their virtual keys opening many doors, the financial
"key" will unlock all banking matters : BUYING and SELLING , purchasing online , etc.
We will live in the virtual world of a cashless society. "interoperability " cards
We went to a major mega-church here in the Southland today ( Pastor well known) . They have a
Christian bookstore and we wanted to purchase "Spychips" by Katherine Albrecht in Spanish and also in English.
The young woman behind the counter never heard of "rfid" ... nor of "smart cards"... nor of Katherine Albrecht.
We both were grieved in the spirit that here we are at 11:59 ( approaching midnight ) on the
prophetic clock, and the young woman working in the Christian bookstore of one of the most renowned churches
in the Southland didn't have a clue.
We felt sad that the Pastor does not have his flock on the edge of their chairs waiting and watching.
We felt sad that the flock is not seeking to understand technology -- and how it relates to the
"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge" Hosea 4:6
" the people that do not understand shall fall " -- Hosea 4:14
Ezekiel 34 is addressed to shepherds ( pastors) and relates well to this incident.
" I will judge between cattle and cattle " ( the flock ) Ezekiel 34:17
"What I say unto you , I say unto ALL ... Watch" . Mark 13: 37
Here is a tutorial which shows the components of a microprocessor.
Excellent Tutorial http://www.smartcard.gov/tutorial/tutorial_t1/smartcard_t1.cfm
Note well the divisions on the chip for "Future Use".
May we encourage all who read this to study the potential of the smart card.
The verichip has no microprocessor and can compute nothing. It can only reflect back to a scanner
your unique ID number.
Yet it is strictly forbidden in the right hand or forehead ( Rev. 13: 9-11), and the unique number is
used to open up all your personal databases, just like the smart card.
The smart card, inserted into a pocket pda with reader--- or any electronic reader terminal --- performs
the actual buying and selling. It too is strictly forbidden to be used in the name, number or image of the
beast. ( Will one be required to punch in the numbers "666" to perform financial transactions? )
To transact in the 666 economic system--- with either an injected chip or microprocessor smart card --
IS to worship the beast. That is how we see it.
Although authentication and verification are proven OFFline, the actual TRANSACTION is ONline
( obviously). So nothing is "guaranteed". There is no security anywhere... not even in a subdermal chip.
The only guarantee is a heart given over to God ....
"He that comes to Me I will in no wise cast out" -- John 6:37
2. SmartMetric smartcard ..... "Are You Who you say you are ? " firstrung
On May 15th, President Bush asked for
biometric ID verification for all legal foreign workers.
This of course is another way of saying that ALL workers will need ID verification in order to weed out
those who do not qualify.
On May 17th, SmartMetric announced their smartcard that solves all ID "solutions".
"SmartMetric issues smart card with onboard fingerprint scanner "
"We believe our technology to be the ultimate solution for safe, assured financial authorizations"
"Powerful, yet powerfully simple, the card eliminates the need for manual data entry in all kinds of Web-based financial transactions. Yet its
security cannot be circumvented by any conventional means. The user simply slides the card through a USB card reader, then touches a
fingerprint scanner embedded into the card's surface. The card automatically matches the impression with the digital fingerprint signature
stored on the card. Once the identity of the user is established, payment is authorized."
" In recent months, Wall Street-based SmartMetric has gained attention for its technology from financial institutions, corporations, even
the federal government. The company's breakthrough wallet-sized device is similar in size and thickness to a conventional credit card; on
the card, however, is a microchip/sensor unit capable of reading any fingerprint, even ones that are dirty or calloused."
"The SmartMetric card not only eliminates the need to enter PINs, account numbers or other personal information, but also it creates new
options for banks and savings and loans.
"The SmartMetric card can turn PCs into ATMs," he states. "With authorization virtually assured, funds
can be safely transferred over the Internet onto debit cards -- in effect an 'electronic purse.' This kind of use
has been proven for years in Europe, where 'chip cards' are a common way of carrying electronic money."
Then a few days later, Mayor Bloomberg stated that we should have a centralized database with
everyone's ID information available online.
Then came the news of the VA identification data being "misplaced".
This caused sufficient enough scare for SmartMetric to announce that they had a better solution ---
The SmartMetric card can verify a person's identity without having to go Online. It is considered "tamperproof". How do they do this ? Because all the biometric verification factors are contained within the card itself.
SmartMetric biometrics has a SENSOR placed within the smart card. A person places his
finger ( for a print ) upon the sensor which then stores that digital fingerprint in the microcomputer chip, which is also embedded within the same smart card. From that point on, only the
biometric-fingerprint matching the digital fingerprint stored on the microprocessor will validate who that card holder truly is.
So the SmartMetric application bypasses online verification, and is considered "tamperproof", or unhackable.
It is rather amazing that as the call went forth, the solution was right there. Also amazing is the fact that as the VA data problem arose, the solution too was right there. Amazing how everyone is on the same page.
SmartMetric claims that they are ready right now for "large-scale deployment " of this biometric application.
NOT WISE CARDS
While technologically these smartcards may be considered "smart" .... in the end, they are not WISE cards.
For the Bible tells us that he who has WISDOM counts ( computes ) the number of the beast and his
number is 666. Only the wise will know that .... whether it be with a subdermal chip in the right hand ( or forehead) , or whether it be with a smartcard : no one can TRANSACT 666 finances with either the Mark
( injected 666 chip ) , nor the image, nor the name , nor the number of the beast.
For to TRANSACT in accordance with the beast's 666 economic system IS to worship the beast. We are
not to worship the beast. That is the first and foremost command given by the third angel in Rev. 14: 9-11.
The first part of that command is always the most important part.
Here are some Scriptures encouraging us to go beyond mere knowledge to understanding :
" The people who do not UNDERSTAND shall fall " -- Hosea 4:14
" And they that UNDERSTAND among the people shall instruct many " -- Daniel 11:33
" And to love Him [ God ] with all the heart, and with all the UNDERSTANDING, and with all the soul, and
with all the strength, and to love his neighbor as himself, is more than whole burnt offerings and sacrifices."
The more we all update ourselves concerning technology ( regarding the e-purse system ) the more we
will be alert to the hazards of 666 financing . The more we apply ourselves to learning, the more we will
understand and not be deceived.
As, we said earlier, the smartcard has very dangerous potential for transacting in the name, number or
image of the beast.
The two things about the smartcard that are most perilous are these:
1. Transactions can morph from innocent to sinful, by simply applying a different configuration.
2. People who use these cards will more readily want the subdermal 666 chip in the right hand or forehead
for even more "security".
Both 666 applications --- either by injected chip or smartcard--- will cost us our very soul. Do we have
friends, relatives, associates who do not realize these things ? Sharing with them before we go will help them too to understand ......
"And their works do follow them" Rev. 14:13
6 Billion Smart Cards
The inventor of SmartMetric smartcard is Colin Hendrick. He has lived most of his life in Australia ( where a form of "Veripay" payment system already exists) and also in the UK where he was the originator of the first database in English ... as well as the e-mail system in computers.
So he is quite an inventor.
"An inventor and true technological innovator Hendrick was responsible going back to the mid 80's of creating the world's first database of the English language, creating an online database service in 1984 for elementary schools and introducing global e-mail technology to educational institutions long before the popularization of the internet.
In this position, Hendrick is charged with positioning SmartMicrochip as a strategic source for cryptographic solutions in the digital funds transfer and identity verification industry"
He patented his self-contained biometric application for a smart ID card --- which has a microcomputer and sensor both on the same card --- for offline verification. Yet he did not want to be bogged down with the nuts and bolts of manufacturing the card for 6 billion people ( yes, this is a global thing). So he outsourced his idea to other manufacturers who pay him royalties.
Now everytime we hear of a manufacturer of "Match-on-cards", we know who started the whole concept.
One such company already making these self-contained "match-on-cards" is
Precise Biometrics of Sweden.
http://www.precisebiometrics.com/ and http://www.match-on-card.com/
They have distributorships in many parts of the world.
What amazes me is the fact that Precise Match-on-card of Sweden is following all the directives of the American administration.
Sweden complies with US directive HSPD 12 and ANSI 378
"Match-On-Card" -- June 1, 2006
"The company is launching its smart card solution, Precise Match-On-Card, in a version compliant with the US Federal government standard, American National Standards Institute (ANSI 378). The standard is an important requirement in implementing the US Federal Government Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) and the closely aligned Federal Information Processing Standards 201 (FIPS 201). By fall this year [ 2006 ] all US Government agencies must initiate the deployment of smart card based ID cards, the so called PIV (Personal Identity Verification) Cards.
"The Precise Match-on-CardT technology adjusted for the standard ANSI 378 takes biometric security and convenience one step further by performing the actual fingerprint match within the tamper-proof environment of a smart card. This reduces the vulnerability of matching on a network-connected device, an external server, or a database - normally considered weak links in the security chain." [ Ed: offline authentication]
While many of biometric devices used today still operate in a database environment making the solutions vulnerable to attacks and hacks, the Precise Match-on-CardT technology eliminates the need for the database by both storing and processing biometric data directly on a smart card, providing a secure, privacy-enhancing biometric program with dynamic flexibility and scalability
There are a couple of concepts that need clarification:
1. These smartcards boast of OFFline protection. That is only true for verification. It is not true for TRANSACTIONS, which obviously are ONline.
2. These smart cards boast of not connecting with databases for authorization. True. But since they are updated at terminals, they are obviously connected to mega databases.
The follow-through information is quite the opposite of the impression given by the first-glance.
Our Lord tells us that a "snare" is coming upon the WHOLE world.... a Global snare.
To me, these smart cards are a global snare. They could possibly be required sooner than a due date. That way, people will be caught off guard from having informed themselves. That would be a real snare.
And finally, Mr. Hendrick is CEO and founder of "Applied Cryptology, Inc." ( ACI ) headquarted in Nevada ( where Jimmy Carter's son Jack is running for Senator. )
ACI is the parent-company of SmartMetric smartcard.
Mr. Hendrick also maintains offices in New York and in Florida.
"Metric" in "SmartMetric" means that this is a biometric application.
given in Luke for this generation
Luke 21 is the passage of the hour. It tells of signs in the sun and moon and stars.
On May 2, a meteor hit the moon. ( also one landed in Norway that month)
Luke 21 tells of "distress of nations with perplexity" ( no way out ) With North Korea threatening the U.S.
with ICBMs, and with America threatening with ABMs, we have exponentially increased the possibility of a limited nuclear war.
Luke 21 tells of "the sea and the waves roaring" and there are huge waves and surges framing around
3/4 of the world's coast lines ...from New Zealand all the way up the American Pacific coast.
Yes, Luke 21 tells us of all these things, including a global snare ...yet, Our Lord also says:
'When you see these things begin to happen, then look up and lift up your heads, for your Redemption
draweth nigh." Luke 21:28
Even so, come Lord Jesus,
