NWO Foreign Forces
within U.S. borders
TROJAN HORSE ... " beware of NWO foreign-troops bearing gifts "
This page refers to military forces coming in the name of humanitarian causes.
This is not about foreigners as individuals ( immigrants).
We believe in individuals coming to America for a better life, and that we should treat those individuals with respect.
But we are leery of foreign NWO forces ( troops).
Are they here to enforce the New World Order ?
If the Red Cross and other humanitarian entities are global, then why aren't those people coming to the U.S. instead for humanitarian aid ?? Why military forces ?
Many of the evacuees are being sent to other locations .. " many shall run to and fro " Daniel 12:4
"With everyone being moved out to a city near you, what is the need to keep sending troops to this area ?
Seems to me they would be placing help at the shelters not in an empty city." SM -TB2K

Military may impose quarantine for bird flu
What exactly is meant by "quarantine" ... to isolate away in quarters ( places )
If an epidemic appears, he said, he has weighed whether to quarantine parts of the country and whether to employ the military to enforce such a quarantine.
I'm just suggesting to you that we better be thinking about it, and we are," he said of avian flu. "We're trying to put plans in place." A bipartisan group of senators have been pressing Bush to prepare for a bird-flu emergency. His sense of urgency appeared to have been heightened
might require using "a military that's able to plan and move."
At the United Nations last month, Bush proposed an "international partnership" to combat the disease.
[ Ed: sounds like NATO forces to be employed; foreign forces in our land ]
The president already has indicated he wants to give the armed forces the lead responsibility for conducting search-and-rescue operations and sending in supplies after massive natural disasters and attacks -- a notion that could require a change in law and that even some in the Pentagon have reacted to skeptically. The idea raised the startling-to-some image of soldiers cordoning off communities hit by disease.
"The president ought to have all ... assets on the table
to be able to deal with something this significant," Bush
said during a 55-minute question-and-answer session with
reporters in the sun-splashed Rose Garden.
"The translation of this is martial law in the United States," [ Dr. Irwin ] Redlener said.
Bush signed an executive order in April adding pandemic influenza to the government's list of communicable diseases for which a quarantine is authorized.
But he noted the military's capabilities, with mobile medical units and hospital ships and the ability to create field hospitals quickly.
[ Ed : Will this bring on the VeriChip "chip mobile", aka as "mobile clinic", and the VeriMed System with their EMRs...electronic medical records, aka electronic health records ? ]
Will we have mandatory vaccinations ?
Vaccines and antivirals effectively squash the virus in its tracks.
Calling the troops
Citing concern that state and local authorities might be unable to contain and deal with such an outbreak, Bush asked Congress to give him the authority to call in the military

A Spray ?
He also called on manufacturers around the world to work to produce a vaccine and to boost the supply of a spray that may help stop the spread of the disease.
We're in communications with the world.
[W]e need to know on a real-time basis, as quickly as possible, the facts so that the scientific community, the world scientific community, can analyze the facts" and act on them, the president said.

Canadian Forces beat US Army to New Orleans suburb
We've got Canadian flags flying everywhere."
Three Canadian warships and a Coast Guard vessel packed with relief supplies set sail for the hurricane-stricken US city of New Orleans Tuesday.
The ships, which are due to arrive at the US Gulf Coast by the end of the week, are carrying at least

COMMENT ... Canadian-Mexican forces in New Orleans. ; NATO elsewhere in the US for another catastrophe ?
"Well folks, with the Mexicans and the Canadians bringing their troops into the U.S., it looks like the freepers worst nightmare has begun. The next thing you know, the Russians will start coming out of the woodwork.
The foreign troop door is now open.............if and when (God Forbid) a quake happens in Cali, at least the residents will be able to talk to the troops in their native tongue."
In case of EQ in the southern part of Cali.........what are the evacuation plans as detailed by the Gov? What are you're personal evac plans? Are there any plans?
With everyone concentrating on New Orleans, will a huge contingent of foreign troops be necessary to maintain order?"

Mexican Convoys to the U.S.
Large Mexican flags were taped to many of the 35 green-painted Mexican army trucks and tractor trailers as they rumbled northward, in what apparently will be the first Mexican military unit to operate on U.S. soil since 1846.
The trucks, carrying 195 unarmed soldiers [ Ed: but were there guns made avilable to the convoy ?? ] , officers and specialists, were expected to arrive in Laredo, Texas, sometime Wednesday. From there they are to proceed to Houston, where they will apparently be used to produce water and hot meals.
Mexico was planning another 12-vehicle aid convoy to leave Tuesday or Wednesday and already has a Mexican navy ship steaming toward the Mississippi coast with rescue vehicles and helicopters.
What ?? US Military can't handle it ?
Foreign Secretary Luis Ernesto Derbez has said Mexico is setting up consular offices in trailers around the disaster zone to help some of the estimated 140,000 Mexicans who live in the region, 10,000 of them in New Orleans.
In addition, help was offered by a search-and-rescue group called ``topos'' - which translates as ``moles'' - organized by youths who dug through collapsed buildings after Mexico City's 1985 earthquake. http://www.guardian.co.uk/worldlatest/story/0,1280,-5260995,00.html
45 Mexican Army trucks here by the 8th of September
A convoy of 45 vehicles and 196 soldiers arrived at the border city of Nuevo Laredo Wednesday evening. It was to cross into U.S. territory early Thursday, Gen. Francisco Ortiz Valadez told reporters as his men refueled at a local gas station
It included military specialists..... rerouted to Dallas
The 195 Mexicans taking part include military engineers, doctors and nurses.
This is the first time that the United States has accepted a military mission from Mexico"
The government was planning to send a second, 12-vehicle aid convoy to the U.S. sometime this week and has sent a Mexican navy ship equipped with rescue vehicles and helicopters to the Mississippi coast.
The ship Papaloapan left the Gulf coast port of Tampico on Monday. Fox's office was unsure when it would arrive, but said it would dock about 30 miles south of Biloxi, Miss.
Bush considers a military National Plan
Dept. of Defense to become also Dept. of Disasters ??
The military officials briefing Bush advocated a national plan, and the president said he appreciated the information, which he would take back to Washington.
Bush also said that whether and when the Department of Defense would become the lead agency in a disaster response would be a "very important question for Congress to consider."
Bush got an update about the federal hurricane response from military leaders at Randolph Air Force Base. He heard from Lt. Gen. Robert Clark, joint military task force commander for Hurricane Rita, and Maj. Gen. John White, a task force member, who described search and rescue operations after Hurricane Katrina as a "train wreck
Part of the reason I've come down here, and part of the reason I went to Northcom, was to better understand how the federal government can plan and surge equipment, to mitigate natural disasters," Bush said Sunday.
"It's precisely the kind of information that I'll take back to Washington to help all of us understand how we can do a better job in coordinating federal, state and local response."
Under the existing relationship, a state's governor is chiefly responsible for disaster preparedness and response. Governors can request assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
If federal armed forces are brought in to help, they do so in support of FEMA, through Northern Command, set up as part of a military reorganization after the attacks of September 11, 2001.
Ed : Sept. 11 was not a natural disaster
Maj. Gen. M. Scott Mayes, speaking to Bush via videoconference from Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida, agreed. "With a national plan, we'll have a quick jump-start and an opportunity to save more people."
Bush indicated that he wants more authority for the armed forces in natural disasters.
The military is barred by law from performing any domestic law enforcement functions
[ed: Posse Comitatus Law ]
Bush first broached that idea in a speech to the nation from New Orleans last week.
The president said he wants to examine whether the Defense Department should take the lead in a natural disaster "of a certain size" as it would after any terrorist attack. "That's going to be a very important consideration for Congress to think about," he said.
More Federal Authority ( than assistance) in State affairs
But he also made a call for "greater federal authority and a broader role for the armed forces," which are two very dangerous ideas.
Federal assistance not federal authority is what was needed after Hurricane Katrina. Local and state authorities know the local situation, and are directly answerable to the people who are affected by such a disaster.
The last thing the United States needs is a broader role for the armed forces on our own soil.
J L Witt wants more State authority and less military
An Arkansas native who headed FEMA under President Clinton, Witt says he's concerned that putting the military in charge would take authority away from state leaders, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reported Saturday.
"A governor of a state is responsible for the people of a state," Witt said in a telephone interview from Louisiana. "I don't think it's necessary to tax the military with even more than what they're already doing. "
Witt says he believes FEMA should be removed from the Department of Homeland Security.
Domestic Military ( breaking posse comitatus )
President Bush's push to give the military a bigger role in responding to major disasters like Hurricane Katrina could lead to a loosening of legal limits on the use of federal troops on U.S. soil.
Bush did not define the wider role he envisions for the military. But in his speech to the nation from New Orleans on Thursday, he alluded to the unmatched ability of federal troops to provide supplies, equipment, communications, transportation and other assets the military lumps under the label of "logistics."
The president called the military "the institution of our government most capable of massive logistical operations on a moment's notice
At question, however, is how far to push the military role, which by law may not include actions that can be defined as law enforcement -- stopping traffic, searching people, seizing property or making arrests. That prohibition is spelled out in the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, enacted after the Civil War mainly to prevent federal troops from supervising elections in former Confederate states.

U.S. asks NATO and EU for help
U.S. ambassador Victoria Nuland asked allies at an emergency meeting to study "a stronger logistical and transport role" for the 26-nation defence alliance in shifting the mass of pledged European humanitarian aid, NATO and U.S. officials said
NATO, together with the European Union, is already acting as a clearing house for European offers of help to Katrina victims ranging from medical supplies, tents, water purification and high-speed pumps to diapers, gloves and coats.
NATO nations have a number of "roll-on roll-off" ships suitable for delivering bulky equipment.
The mission would be an early test of the alliance's much-heralded NATO Response Force (NRF), a rapid reaction fighting unit created to allow it deploy in trouble zones across the globe within a matter of days.

Homeland Security man picked for FEMA director
PRESIDENT George W. Bush today named David Paulison, a top official in the Homeland Security Department, to replace Michael Brown on an acting basis as head of the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
Coast Guard Chief replaces FEMA Chief in New Orleans -- Vice-Admiral Thad Allen
From a civilian chief to a military chief
They said Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff was bringing Brown back to Washington and putting Vice Admiral Thad Allen, chief of staff of the U.S. Coast Guard, in charge of operations on the ground
More government figures in humanitarian causes
Chertoff [ Homeland Security ] said he expects to make other appointments to FEMA in coming days, "including
a permanent deputy director to augment the resources available to assist with FEMA's vital mission."
Blackwater private security
They say they are on contract with the Department of Homeland Security and have been given the authority to use lethal force. Several mercenaries we spoke with said they had served in Iraq on the personal security details of the former head of the U.S. occupation, L. Paul Bremer and the former U.S. ambassador to Iraq, John Negroponte.
This is a totally new thing to have guys like us working CONUS (Continental United States)," a heavily armed Blackwater mercenary told us
Blackwater mercenaries are some of the most feared professional killers in the world and they are accustomed to operating without worry of legal consequences.
why the government would allow men trained to kill with impunity in places like Iraq and Afghanistan to operate here.
As the threat of forced evictions now looms in New Orleans and the city confiscates even legally registered weapons from civilians, the private mercenaries of Blackwater patrol the streets openly wielding M-16s and other
assault weapons. This despite Police Commissioner Eddie Compass' claim that,

No more citizen guns in New Orleans
No civilians in New Orleans will be allowed to carry pistols, shotguns, or other firearms, said P. Edwin Compass, the superintendent of police. "Only law enforcement are allowed to have weapons," he said
Media barred from New Orleans
Baton Rouge - The military will bar journalists and photographers from documenting the recovery of bodies left littering New Orleans by Hurricane Katrina, the army general in charge said on Friday.
Lieutenant General Russel Honore, the commander of the relief operation on the United Sates Gulf Coast, said that while the military had allowed reporters covering the catastrophe free rein, it was now slamming the door shut out of respect for the possibly thousands of victims and their families.
To our knowledge the media has respected avoiding the gruesome, and they have respected propriety as concerning dead bodies. So the military isn't really addressing an issue here, that we can see.
What we DO see is censorship of the media here in America, that will cover more than dead bodies.
And MANY Other Countries ( 95 ) interacting
Foreign aid offers continued to come in, although some assistance was delayed as officials struggled to organize, direct and absorb the mountains of supplies. Harry Thomas, a State Department official coordinating such aid, said that 95 countries had offered assistance that totaled nearly $1 billion
